Reflect together on the prospects of the sector and create new opportunities for growth, respectful of man and the environment, Flormart organized Flormart 2020 City Forum, a special event reserved for professionals, companies, experts and representatives of public administrations.

Flormart 2020 City Forum hosted EcothechGreen Active, a special edition of the international Forum dedicated to green technologies organized by PAYSAGE; business meetings proposed as part of GPP Lab, a platform dedicated to Green Public Procurement and Erbaleforum, a professional event dedicated to the supply chain of aromatic and medicinal plants.


EcoTechGreen Active, a special edition of the international Forum dedicated to technological green, vertical green, green roofs and green infrastructures organized by PAYSAGE – Promotion and Development for Landscape Architecture in collaboration with the National Council of Landscape Architects and Conservationists.
Due to the Coronvirus pandemic, this year’s edition was organized as a highly interactive digital format which allowed the participation of international speakers and guests.


ECOtechGREEN is the first International Forum dedicated to Technological Green, be it vertical or suspended, and to green infrastructures. Organized by PAYSAGE, with the international magazine TOPSCAPE, in collaboration with the National Council of Landscape Architects and Conservationists, in its twelfth edition the show inaugurated a new format “Active” = + smart + interactive + connected + expo, enriching itself with new content and new methods of participation.


Of particular interest was the EXPO area which, in collaboration with Fiera di Padova, reviewed the wide range of technological innovations in the sector in the various product categories: roof green systems, vertical green systems, eco-friendly flooring, water management, intelligent lighting, roofing, parking systems, play areas, construction systems, nursery production, smarturban supplies and anything else connected to components in landscape construction.


The 2020 edition od the PAYSAGE initiative brought together physically and virtually professionals and companies in the Landscape Architecture sector, thus enabling the creation of profitable relationships that allow, in an ever greater collaboration between figures involved, the creation of a network aimed at the realization of landscape projects of increasing quality.

The 5th edition of Flormart GPP Lab in 2020 is an integral part of Flormart City Forum.
Flormart GPP LAB 2020 proposed innovative system services, networking, business and planning opportunities for the development of the “green” national market of Public Administrations according to the “green obligations-minimum environmental criteria” provided by the new procurement code, in particular for the following sectors: public green areas, urban furniture, landscape architecture, forestry eco-system services, green infrastructures and much more.

The “Flormart GPP LAB 2020” project is divided into three main sectors:


  • The NATIONAL INSTITUTIONAL CONFERENCE with qualified experts and sector representatives on updates regarding the National Green Plan involving the Market, the Procurement Code and the new Minimum Environmental Criteria / MEC on public green spaces and urban furniture
  • GPP HELP DESK service in collaboration with the Veneto Region


Special B2B Exchange took place for selected registered trade operators (with a personalized agenda of meetings) leading companies and public entities selected by Flormart 2020 and qualified actors of the Public Administration and large network systems


“Governance and Green Services”
In a dedicated exhibition area, full of opportunities and proposals, multifunctional operational services were presented in line with the most recent regulatory requirements and the most up-to-date policies for climate change and urban liveability aimed at qualified targets of public and private operators


Erbaleforum, a professional event organized by FLORMART for the medicinal plant supply chain, hosted a conference in which the potential growth of this market was compared with the opportunities and scenarios opened up by the interaction between new technologies and urban and rural lifestyles.
