The 72nd edition of Flormart – The Green Italy, the international horticultural fair running in Padova from 20 to 22 September 2023, has been inaugurated.

The process for putting a framework law in place for the horticulture sector continues to make headway, whilst the Italian statistical institute (Istat) confirms the sector is still seeing an upward growth trend.
HORTICULTURE AND URBAN GREEN SPACE, BOOMING SECTORS
According to the latest ISTAT report, despite some significant challenges (including rising energy and raw materials costs, as well as the damage caused by climate change), horticulture remains a rapidly growing sector.
