EXTRALIGNUM AND VEGATISTIM THE NEW SUSTAINABLE AND GREEN SOLUTIONS FOR THE AGRI SECTOR
Saviolife, the Life Science Business Unit of the Saviola Group, confirms its participation in Flormart 2023, which will take place in Padua from 20 to 22 September. The industrial Group – with headquarters in Viadana and comprising 15 production plants in Italy and abroad – has confirmed its attendance at the Exhibition, as a strategic partner that shares the sustainability and circular economy objectives promoted by the event.
On the occasion of the celebration of the Group’s 60th anniversary, Saviolife, the latest Saviola Business Unit, introduces to the market, at this event, real product alternatives that respect life and the environment. Sustainability, which has always been at the heart of the Saviolife company, confirms that it is possible to offer efficient and effective products that do not compromise quality and performance in any way.
At Flormart, Saviolife exhibits a range of products for different sectors related to agriculture, from natural wood fibres for the production of cultivation substrates to chestnut tannin extract-based root biostimulants and slow-release nitrogen fertilizers.
Extralignum: high-quality chestnut wood fibres as a valid, ecological, and sustainable alternative to replace organic materials with limited availability in substrate production. The technical characteristics and different specific weights of the products make Extralignum particularly suitable for creating high-quality substrates and soils. Saviolife operates on both the national and international markets with a production capacity of half a million cubic metres and in the last 3 years has achieved a significant sales trend growth.
Vegastim: Chestnut tannin extract-based root biostimulant. Vegastim is a completely natural product, free of chemical residues and contaminants. It performs very well at the root level, increasing the production of all crops. With a production capacity of over 5,000 tonnes, it is an interesting biostimulant product for the Italian and international markets.
Sazolene: premium slow-release fertilizer that provides a constant, predictable, and long-lasting source of nitrogen. With a production capacity of over 25,000 tonnes, Saviolife is the largest producer of this type of products worldwide.
