X-FARM: NEW FREE COURSE FOR TECHNICAL AND AGRONOMIC INTERVENTIONS ON CROPS
The X-FARM course is starting, entirely free and funded by the Tuscany Region, to obtain the qualification of Technician for Technical and Agronomic Interventions on Crops and for the Management of Plants, Machinery, and Equipment (N°129 RRFP). The training consists of 900 hours, including 240 hours of classroom theory, 30 hours of support, 360 hours of lab work, and 270 hours of internships with companies in the sector, culminating in a final exam to obtain the professional qualification of EQF Level III. The hands-on training will take place in person at the Mati 1909 center in Pistoia and in spaces provided by project partners.
The course is aimed at unemployed or inactive individuals who are at least eighteen years old; foreign candidates, both EU and non-EU, are required to have an A2 level of Italian proficiency. Fifteen students will be admitted to the course, and if the number of applicants exceeds this, a written admission test and an oral interview will be held to assess their suitability for the job they will be trained to perform.

NEW FREE COURSE FOR GARDEN CREATION AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2024
The REGARD course is starting, entirely free and funded by the Tuscany Region, to obtain the qualification of Technician for Garden Creation and Maintenance. The training consists of 900 hours, including 570 hours of classroom instruction, 30 hours of support, and 300 hours of internships with companies in the sector, culminating in a final exam to obtain the qualification that allows working in both public and private ornamental green sectors. REGARD involves two companies from the Mati1909 group, Giardineria Italiana and Gruppo Mati srl, along with Dream Formazione e Consulenza, Lifetronic srl, and the Agrarian Institute Anzillotti of Pescia, with OMNIA SCRL as the lead training agency.
The course is aimed at unemployed or inactive individuals, holding a three-year qualification or who are at least eighteen years old; foreign candidates, both EU and non-EU, are required to have an A2 level of Italian proficiency. Fifteen students will be selected based on their CV and their suitability for the job they will be trained to perform.
